The MST invested in getting items to hand out at the Sault Pride event. We had a table last year, and it was a lot of fun. All are welcome to help run the table and encouraged to attend the event to learn more about what Pride means. For more information click here.

The Ministry Support Team (MST) is going to be doing a study of the "Letters of Paul" this summer through Forward Movement. If you are interesting in joining the MST, please let an MST member know or sign up on the available sign up sheet downstairs in the undercroft.
Here is the link to the readings. For more information, discussions, and reminders, the sign-up link can be found on this page. Katie Chipman-Bergsma will be planning local discussions, as well, on zoom and at the church this summer. Both local discussions and through Forward Movement are options people can pick and choose from to join in the fun! Summer can be tricky to fit it all in, and this makes it easy to find a chance to participate.
Here is the link for a printable page of the reading list. There will be printed lists, in next week's bulletin.
I am working on a new directory and have found that emails and phone numbers have not been correct for some for a while. Please email or drop a note in the offering plate with updated address, phone number, and email, if things have changed. You can also click here for a fillable form to fill and printoff or email back to me. Thank you.
The Episcopal News Service had a great article on the following: "Northern Michigan’s red dresses recognize violence toward Indigenous women." Click here to read the article.

It is never too late to turn in a Pledge Card or request envelopes. Let Pam know if you would like envelopes.
Besides giving to the church to keep things running, we have another place donations can be made.
The "Youth Activity Fund." This fund will help cover costs for youth functions that are planned by Katie Chipman-Begsma and the MST. Donations will always be welcome to help fund these activities. Please remember to put "Youth Activities" on the check memo line.
Pancake Breakfasts are always held after the 10 a.m. service on the second Sunday of the month, with the exception of June, July, and August.
One last thing, another way to give back to St. James' is to volunteer or get involved when asked.
It takes all of us to keep St. James' going.

PRAYER FOR ST. JAMES'
We pray the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give us a spirit of wisdom and revelation as we come to know Him, so that, with the eyes of our hearts enlightened, we may know what is the hope which God has called us. Amen. Epheasians 1:17-18a
No matter who you are or where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here.
St. James’ welcomes ALL who wish to serve GOD through Jesus Christ.
